We established our training business under The Communication Leadership Academy brand.

We secured Pearson as our first training client, which remains our single biggest project.

Andrew, Rebecca and Vicki launched Comms Leaders LLP, splitting training and recruitment into different businesses.

Our training business begins training under The Academy brand.

The start of our partnership with the Institute of Internal Communication.

We extended our internal comms recruitment offering to include external comms roles.

On the back of a record year for Comms Leaders, the pandemic hit and it was a fight for survival.

We launched our live virtual training programmes in response to the pandemic, which became a crucial part of The Academy's offering.

We celebrated our 200th placement and enjoyed our most successful year yet.

The recruitment landscape shifts, and the push of automation and growth of in-house recruitment teams start to take hold.

Vicki departs to set up her career coaching business.

Comms Leaders LLP closes and our recruitment offering is folded back into The Communication Leadership Academy.
