We’re evolving to connect our services, proving that when it comes to comms, good things really do come in threes.

We’ve been on quite a journey over the last eleven years, and now we’re taking another step forward by tying our services together into three verticals [talking point] of recruitment, training and consultancy under a refreshed Comms Leaders brand.
Up to now, our recruitment and training services have operated alongside each other, with a emphasis alternating as we responded to changes in evolving technologies and comms conventions, or challenges like the Covid pandemic.
We’ve always prided ourselves on offering a little bit extra - extra time, extra care and extra guidance to our candidates and clients as we support them to make their next career move or to build a thriving team for their organisation. We’ve done that because it enabled us to nurture, but also because we feel it’s the right way to do things.
Now we’re evolving our consultancy offering, adding more structure and polish so we can provide a more rounded, professional service that complements and intertwines with our recruitment and training.
That’ll be led by Piers Nutbrown, working alongside Rebecca Tarry (head of recruitment) and Nicole Utzinger (training director) and our fantastic collective of associates, with their broad, yet incredibly deep comms expertise. We think they’re among the best of the bunch, and we’ll be sharing more detail about our consultancy services over the next few weeks.
Across all three offerings we’ll continue to nurture our network, so clients and candidates continue to feel the benefits of a more cohesive Comms Leaders service.
